“I went to a buffet brunch with my family, a couple of weeks ago. I had 13 servings of food –half of it dessert; it was great. 6.2 was the highest my blood sugar went. I've never been able to do that before!
Also, when I played soccer before I had the sensor, my blood sugar could go really high or low. With the sensor, I can keep it between about 5.0 and 8.0 during practice or in a game. I can't believe how much better I can play and how much more energy I have. It gives me more hope of becoming a professional soccer player when I grow up.”

“Yesterday, William and I were talking about the sensor and how it's changed our lives. It's a lot like the Doctor said. Before, with old technology, we only had a snapshot of William's blood sugar, every few hours. Now, we have a moving picture 24 hours a day. Information is the key to keeping your blood sugar in a safe range. We now have so much more information than before, it’s easier to keep his blood sugar safe. William is in charge of his own blood sugar now, and is keeping it between 5.0 and 7.0 to 8.0, thanks to the sensor. This is good for us all. If, for some reason, William's blood sugar runs a little higher than 9.0 to 10.0, he can feel the difference in his energy—and I can see it. We have fine-tuned his blood sugar so much that he has more energy all the time. He now knows that when playing soccer, he plays much better if his blood sugar is between 5.0 and 7.0. I can really see the difference in his performance. It's amazing!”
